this is the second announcement of HNPS2014, the 23^rd Symposium of the Hellenic Nuclear Physics Society to be held in Thessaloniki 20-21 June 2014. HNPS2014 is organized by the School of Physics, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece.

The scientific subjects of HNPS2014 include:

• Nuclear Structure and Reactions
• Nuclear Technology
• Applications of Nuclear Science.

Registration and abstract submission is open at the Symposium website: http://hnps2014.physics.auth.gr. The deadline for Abstract submission is 20 May 2014.

We have reserved the University’s guest house rooms for 2 nights (19-20/06) for students attending the symposium (http://eadp.ad.auth.gr/guest_house.htm).

*** Please note that these rooms will be kept for our Symposium only till end of April. Please contact directly elenpoul@ad.auth.gr before end of April mentioning our Symposium. As the number of rooms is limited, please try to register early. ***

Θα θέλαμε να ενημερώσουμε ότι λόγω των ειδικών συνθηκών που επικράτησαν φέτος στα Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών - ΕΜΠ και του συνεπακόλουθου φόρτου εργασίας που αντιμετωπίζουν οι συνάδελφοι, όπως και των εκλογών που θα πραγματοποιηθούν στο τέλος Μαΐου, το ετήσιο συμπόσιο της Ελληνικής Εταιρείας Πυρηνικής Φυσικής που διοργανώνεται φέτος στην Θεσσαλονίκη μετατίθεται 20-21 Ιουνίου.
